I'm a life long learner with interests in many things, including general wellbeing, mental health, mindfulness, herbal medicine, writing, travel, the natural world, communication, equity, social change, and new areas of interest that arise each day.

I'm certified in transpersonal hypnotherapy (Buddhist-centered), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT/Tapping), Reiki AND I have a marketing background.
