secret problems
We can become sidetracked with too many details about the content of a problem.
Some clients will require that we listen to all the details, while others are happy to get straight to the solution.
For me, the important question here is "For whose sake are we asking for details about the problem?"
If it's for our sake, for our comfort, for out security then it's worth putting less attention on it.
If it's for the client's sake, then let's do it.
In the video below, there are 2 short examples where my wife, Gabrielle Peacock, and I played with not disclosing what a problem was, and we both reached a very satisfactory resolution.
