I think it looks easy and helpful to ask about likes and I have tried this with clients. Now I have got to point where I had the courage to ask all the way, how it feels, how it sounds I mean include senses to these likes. That is a big thing I learned watching these videos. But then comes the other part, how to include problem to this likes so that it can change the experience and be helpful. I have a client that has too many worrying thoughts in his mind thoughts go round and round, he cant concentrate because of these thoughts. He likes to swim and what he likes in it is how the water feels, those motions when he is sliding to his goal, relaxed and straight. Client told me he felt relaxed and better when telling about this experience. But that was it, to be continued I hope. But I think some learning is taking place. Thank you.

Asta, it seems that when he swims, he has no issue with concentrating, or with the thoughts. It might be helpful to spend more time encouragiung him to become more familiar with the experience of swimming ... and then ... when he's ready ... he might be able to bring some of that to his problem area. Let the learning continue.. Thank you.
