This collection of videos and text was originally my first online teaching programme, inspired by my good friend Bill O’Hanlon.

I enjoyed creating it and many people found it useful for their learning, but I became aware of its limitation - it was missing the human contact and the experience of watching a live demonstration and opportunities to practice in a safe environment, also the huge benefit of joining a likeminded community. This led to my present series of on line programmes.

I’m offering this prerecorded collection, as the title describes - an introduction. And I trust you can find something that will contribute to you as a person, the effectiveness of your therapeutic practice, and your personal satisfaction.

I recommend that find a colleague or group of colleagues to share your experience, and most Important to practice the process together in a playful mood so there are no concerns about getting it right.
