Hi Everyone,

I have been working in aged care for about 8 years now and taking care of 2 young boys (add hubby 3). 

I am studying a bachelors of psychological science online and taking other therapeutic courses (chair yoga, laughter yoga, angel healing, regression therapy, schema therapy, yoga Ayurveda, essential oils classes...). Basically I do everything to create a therapeutic environment for the people that I care for.

Hypnosis is a big one for me. I think it works for most people as an extremely relaxing technique that anyone can practice. I love learning hypnosis and thinking about completing the diploma someday to achieve practitioner membership with AHA.
